Play and Practices
While players from all over the greater Cincinnati area play for Butler Fury, our home base is West Chester, OH. Butler Fury has competitive soccer teams and plays in Buckeye Premier and Cardinal Premier League against many of the larger local clubs in the area.
Most teams will play 8 league games a season and at least two tournaments. League games can range from the Cincinnati area and Northern Kentucky, to North of Dayton and Columbus. Locations for away games are dependent on the home fields of the teams in a particular division. Usually, at least half the games are played at a Butler Fury home field. The three fields Butler Fury uses for home games are: Francis Recreacres, Blue Ash Sports Complex, and Burke Soccer Complex.
Practice dates and times depend on the coach and the age of the team. Practices are usually 2-3 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours. Most coaches hold practices at the soccer fields in front of Hycrest Swim Club in West Chester.
